Ask your agent if you have recreational liability coverage on your home policy or auto policy. If you have a new vehicle, do you have full coverage? If so, what is the limit of insurance and how is it insured? Ask your agent about the difference between actual cash value, replacement cost, stated value, etc. Your agent is there to help you and make sure you are covered before you hit the trails.
