Kris Flock
President
Kris is the owner of The Service Agency. He grew up on a dairy farm in Cashton, WI and attended UW-Lacrosse, majoring in Finance/Marketing. After meeting Ellsworth native, Heather Chartier, they married and relocated to Ellsworth in 1998. Kris joined the Army Reserves in 1995 and served on active duty for two campaigns, Operation Noble Eagle and Operating Enduring Freedom. He enjoys promoting our community and volunteering for various groups. Kris and Heather reside in Beldenville, WI with their children Halle and Kohl. He enjoys several outdoor activities including hunting, swimming, hiking, golf and spending time with family, friends and their pets, Maui and Kona.

Andy Culver
Agent
Andy has 25 years of experience in business ownership, sales, and management experience to bring custom insurance solutions to commercial clients. He grew up in White Bear Lake, MN, attended college in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and moved to Hudson, WI in 2010. Outside of his professional endeavors, Andy finds joy in spending quality time traveling with his family or boating on the St. Croix River. He shares his life with his wife, Nora, their two daughters, Sloan and Lyla, and the family dog named Ozzie. Andy joined The Service Agency because he recognized the opportunity to further develop his career while aligning with a company that shares his values of integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Jennifer Andrews, CLCS
Office Manager & Lead Commercial Lines Account Executive
Jen is our Office Manager & Lead Commercial Lines Account Executive. She is originally from Cedar Rapids, IA, and moved to Plum City, WI in 2014. She and her husband, Jerod, married in 2019 and have four amazing children who attend Ellsworth Community Schools and are highly active in many sports. Their family attends C3 Church, where Jen is a member of the worship/praise team. After working in the construction industry as an office administrator and claims admin, she broadened her career by joining The Service Agency in September 2022. Her favorite part of her career is building quality relationships with local business owners and being available to help with their needs

Michael Evans
Personal Lines Account Executive
Michael is our Customer Service Manager, and he joined The Service Agency in 2024. After a long career in the mortgage industry, he is excited to learn more about the world of insurance. He is originally from Iowa City, IA and moved to Red Wing in 2014, where he lives with his wife Sarah and triplets, Rhys, Xander, and Pippa, and their huskie, Wolfie. In his free time, Michael enjoys getting outside for long walks and hikes, Travelling, exploring new areas, and spending time with family. Michael is looking forward to working with the clients of The Service Agency and being part of the local community.

Dee Dee Poeschel
Personal Lines Agent
Dee Dee is a Personal Lines Agent and joined The Service Agency in April 2024. She is originally from River Falls and moved to Ellsworth in 2000 with her husband Travis and daughter Ashley. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2001. She enjoys showing her Arabian horses with her daughter Ashley, hunting, and spending time with her dog Echo. She is excited to be able to bring her experience to a local agency in her community.
