McKayla is a dedicated Customer Service Representative who has been part of the Service Agency team since 2025. Originally from the St. Croix River Valley, she has lived in Ellsworth and the surrounding areas for more than 20 years, giving her deep roots in the community she serves. She loves getting to know clients and building genuine connections through her work. Before joining the agency, McKayla spent over 20 years managing restaurants, developing strong leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, Isabelle and Breydan, and tending to her horses and other farm animals. Her warmth, experience, and community spirit shine through in everything she does.
