If you have an Auto Accident:

Contact Emergency services in the event of a serious injury or death.   If there is significant damages to the vehicles, the police should be contacted to take a report.  Police will rarely come to accident with minor damage (less than a $1000).

Don’t admit fault, but stick to the facts.

Take pictures if possible.

Take necessary steps to prevent further loss.  After talking with your agent or insurance carrier, have your car taken to a auto body repair shop for an estimate.
